Join postgraduate researcher Sydni Zastre for a fascinating look at her research, Writing the Pregnant Body in Britain, 1918–1945.
Drawing on a wide range of sources, including novels, diaries and letters, Sydni uncovers how women's experiences of pregnancy were shaped by medical, legal and cultural factors in the interwar and wartime years.
