Azar is a research fellow within the Microstructure Engineering Research Group in the School of Chemical Engineering. She is working on the EPSRC project “Formulation for 3D printing: Creating a plug and play platform for a disruptive UK industry”. This project aims to identify edible materials suitable for 3D printing and for control of textural and breakdown properties.
