With over 16 years of international experience in teaching and research, Saima is also a Microsoft Faculty Fellow skilled in instructional technology and E-learning. Her career includes roles at the Allama Iqbal Open University, Pakistan, Higher Colleges of Technology, UAE, and Canadian University Dubai, UAE, where she embraced leadership and developed interactive curricula. Her primary interests include educational research, Educational Technology and the practical application of technological tools to facilitate active learning, develop interactive curriculum, and teacher professional development. Currently, as a doctoral researcher at the University of Exeter, UK, Saima contributes to educational research and actively presents at global conferences, underscoring her commitment to educational technology and teacher development.
