Dr Philip Whiteman is a lecturer on public policy and administration at the Institute of Local Government Studies at The ºÚÁϳԹÏÍø. Philip is the Director of the distance learning Masters of Public Administration. He convenes a number of postgraduate and undergraduate modules, via blended, campus and distance modes of learning.
